Our sales representative Dana Carlsen was a great person to deal with during our building process, she was very helpful and always got back to us right away if we had a question. She always stood behind her homeowners if any problems arose. She was excellent and deserves recognition for her great work. Since moving into our house in January, we have been overwhelmed with the amazing service that our customer care specialist Tara Layden has provided. She has gone above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction with our new home. She is very prompt and helpful. We really appreciate all the hard work that your employees do for the homeowners. Building a home can be a very stressful time and it is a great experience when you have great people, who are on your side and willing to help you out in anyway.
I just wanted to pass this on that you have some great employees and they deserved to be recognized for their hard work.
