Excel Homes is opening 5 new showhomes in Panorama Hills on September 11, 2010. The front drive garage models are the Carlton, 2201 sq.ft. and the Weston, 1735 sq.ft. Our laned models are the Albany, Grafton and Arlington. The Albany is a newly released floorplan that is available with loft options. The loft has 3 optional designs; to add new bedrooms or an additional bonus room with bathroom.
